My name is Dr. Hope Buchanan-Fields
On August 6, 2020 I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. This is an incurable blood and bone marrow cancer. No one could have ever convinced me that I would be in a situation that made me question my purpose. This moment…. the thought of finality, shook me to my core.
I have now begun to live, not just exist. I am embracing this journey, making sure to love me and take care of myself just as much as I have loved and taken care of my family, friends, and patients. Through this evolution of self-love Hope Renee was born. Hope Renee encompasses all aspects of self love …physically, emotionally, and spiritual.
Hair became symbolic. There is loss,
growth, strengthening and change.

REFUND POLICY
For Order Exchange:
Once we receive your parcel and ensure the intact wig, we will exchange the wig for you and refund you if there is any price difference. This will occur within 48 business hours.
For Cancelled Order:
Once you confirm the order should be cancelled, we will cancel the order within 48 business hours.

EXCHANGE POLICY
What wigs can be exchanged?
ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned.
If you want to exchange/return, please contact us within 14 days once receiving goods, which means your return/ exchange request is gladly received.
Return & exchange process:
Step1:
Please contact our service representatives within 14 days of receipt of your wig via email.Email: hope.renee.care@gmail.com. Please indicate the reason or reasons you want to exchange or return your wig. Please attach any applicable pictures.
Step2:
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays ) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address to send your unit to.
Step 3
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you,
please include the order number. You're also
responsible for the return shipping charge.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our
Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight
collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship
your package by postal express, which will be a little
cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.
Attention please:
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from
the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days
we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no
exchange is necessary.
*For those self-return or self-exchange, our
customer service have a right to refuse.
